We proudly offer a 30 day money-back guarantee.
You must initiate your return request within 30 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
All included accessories, manuals, and parts must be returned.
Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible.
Change of mind or compatibility issues (if packaging has been opened) are not covered.

Return Location

All returns are processed at our U.S. warehouse.

How to Start a Return

  2. Items missing accessories or parts are not eligible for a refund. 
    Exchanges

To request an exchange, email support@exacable.com within 30 days of purchase. Include your order number and the item you want to exchange. 

After Approval

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Refunds

You’ll be notified once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Banks and card issuers may take additional time to process.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees when returning items.
If a package is stuck in customs, the customer must resolve the issue and cover costs.
Evolved Chargers is not responsible for collecting packages held at customs.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom products, personalized items, gift cards, and sale items cannot be returned.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods within 14 days. Returned items must be sent to the return address provided by our support team.

For valid withdrawal requests made under applicable EU consumer protection laws, the 25% restocking fee stated in our standard return policy does not apply.

We will reimburse all payments received for the returned goods, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout (where applicable). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are exempt under applicable consumer protection laws, including goods that have been customized or clearly personalized for the customer.
